{Video revew} Kentucky artist Mr. Yola plays to the imagination with new video!

Raised in Louisville Kentucky, Mr. Yola has been moving his way thru the Midwest with his recent video for the single, "Everytime I close my eyes."

Tiffany EL I had the privilege to speak with Mr. Yola on Breaking Ground Radio last week. It was very obvious that he comes from humble beginnings. Watching his older siblings perform and create music, It was only a matter of time before he caught the bug.

Now in his own lane, Mr. Yola has been recognized as a premiere up and coming artist! Being invited to numerous music shows and events, growing his social media presence as well as his popularity in the art. We are proud to have him as one of Midwest own!

The video for "Everytime I close my eyes" tells the story of a man who sees this special someone only when his imagination wonders and his eyes are closed. The video is simple yet strong in its message. One of the things that stood out to me was that it was extremely tasteful. The woman or love interest is a lady the entire time. No senseless seduction or sexy visuals. Both the video and song makes you want to close your eyes and imagine that special someone.

We salute you brother. Looking forward to more great music!
